  • Dushanbe - Yovon - Bokhtar - Sarband - Kulob (also known as Kulyab)
  • (Bekabad, Uzbekistan) - UZ/TJ border - Khujand - Konibodom. This part of the Tajik railway network is not connected to the southern part of the network, and trains must pass through Uzbekistan.
