Passenger railways
There is one east -west railway line running from Merke (Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan border - Kainda - Bishkek-1 - Bishkek-2 - Tokmok - Rybachiye (Kyrgyz: Balykchy)
- Bishkek-1 - Bishkek-2 - Tokmok local service
- Bishkek-2 - Bishkek-1 - Kainda local service
- Bishkek - Kainda - Kyrgyzstan/Kazakhstan border - Merke - Samara/Kazan/Novosibirsk International services
- Bishkek-2 - Rybachiye (Kyrgyz: Balykchy) Seasonal service to lake Issyk-Kul on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. In 2024 it ran in the period June 14 to July 14.
