- METRA
- METRA Kenosha, Wisconsin is served by Metra's Union Pacific North Line. It is the northern terminus of the line, which runs south to the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago.
Tourist Lines
- East Troy Railroad Museum operate the East Troy Electric Railroad, an interurban heritage railroad. Passenger excursions run on a 7-mile (11 km) stretch of track from East Troy to Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Tracks are standard gauge and electrification is overhead supply 600V DC.
- Laona and Northern Railway runs for 1.2 miles (1.9km) on standard gauge tracks from Soo Line Depot to Camp Five.
- Mid-Continent Railway Museum is a railroad museum in North Freedom, Wisconsin which has a 7-mile (11 km) round trip ride aboard preserved railroad cars.
- Minnesota Transportation Museum The museum operates the Osceola and St. Croix Valley Railway. Pumpkin Express excursions go 5 miles (8km) north from Osceola to Dresser. All other excursions go south for 10 miles (16.1km), entering Minnesota to end at Marine.
- Riverside and Great Northern Preservation Society operate the Riverside and Great Northern Railway, a 2 mile (3.2km) 15 inch (381 mm) gauge miniature railway and heritage railroad in Wisconsin Dells.

- Milwaukee
- The Hop also known as the Milwaukee Streetcar, is a modern streetcar system in Milwaukee. The system's 2.1-mile (3.4 km) original "M" line connects the Milwaukee Intermodal Station and Downtown to the Lower East Side and Historic Third Ward neighbourhoods. On 11 April 2024, a 0.4-mile (640 m) Lakefront, or "L" line, to the nearly complete high-rise development The Couture, began offering full daily service.
- Kenosha
- Kenosha Area Transit Operate historic streetcars on a 1.7-mile (2.7 km) loop between HarborPark and the Kenosha Metra station. Tracks are standard gauge and electrification is overhead line 600V DC.
